The problem

LLMs can write UI code from a design, but unchecked output often fails to compile or drifts from the design system.

What I built

  1. 1

    Read Figma API design schemas and mapped them to typed intermediate representations with Pydantic.

  2. 2

    Generated React, TypeScript and TailwindCSS components with local LLMs.

  3. 3

    Rejected any output that fails automated TypeScript AST validation.

Outcome

  • Generated components that compile by construction, with typed contracts between design and code.
